TERMS & CONDITIONS
1:1 Payment to be received before service, for first time clients.
1:2 Payment to be received within 72 hours of service, for regular residential clients. Please note, a delay in payment may also result in a delay in your next due service.
1:3 Payments to be received on the 20th of each month for our regular commercial clients.
2:1 Every 5TH cut free only for our prepaid regular clients upon arrangement*
3:1 Contact to be made within 24 hours if client is not happy with the service.
3:2 We will rectify the problem, if contact is made within the 24 hour period.
3:3 Client to specify verbally or (TEXT), the required cut type or otherwise mulch cut will be provided at specified price.
3:4 Our services may, at times be delayed due to weather, tools maintenance or Prepay overload. Regular Clients, "Please contact us if you require immediate service".

*Prepaid clients have already paid before every due cut, or have set regular automatic payments. We prioritize our services to our prepaid clients, servicing them exactly on their due date, or when they prefer the service to be carried out, and, or within 24 to 48 hours of received payment,
